CHALLENGE: A startup company needed design expertise in the development of a new product line. The requirement was for a high-speed linear transfer system, with high-accuracy positioning, long travel capability, and high payload capacity, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. |

SOLUTION:
To address the accuracy and travel requirements of the product line, a patented system was developed utilizing linear servo motors along with discreet magnetic plates to allow for virtually unlimited travel distances. A robust yet easily scalable design for the framework of the vehicle addressed the payload capacity requirements as well as the versatility of the system. |
